All purchases made through our website are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Exchanges are strictly allowed for size not suitable only, and must be for the same product in a different size.

  2. Exchanges for other reasons such as:

    • Do not like the design

    • Not matching personal taste

    • No longer want the item

    • Change of mind are not accepted.

  3. Exchange for a different design, color, or product is not allowed.

  4. If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed, and no refund will be provided.

  5. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been confirmed.

  6. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  7. Exchange requests must be made within 2 DAYS from the date of receiving the item.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
